MIGRANT CENTER ROMANIA will process your personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

Right of access to data, namely the right to obtain confirmation from MIGRANT CENTER ROMANIA regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details about processing activities such as the manner in which data is processed, the purpose of processing, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, etc.;
3. Right to rectification, namely the right to obtain the correction, without undue delay, by MIGRANT CENTER ROMANIA of inaccurate/ unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data; rectification/completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data was transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
4. Right to erasure of data, without undue delay (“right to be forgotten”), where one of the following grounds applies:

• the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
• the consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing;
• the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds;
• the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
• the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation;

5. Right to restriction of processing insofar as:

• the data subject contests the accuracy of the data, for a period allowing the controller to verify the accuracy of the data;
• the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
• the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but the data subject requests them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim; or
• the data subject has objected to processing (other than direct marketing), for the period during which it is verified whether the legitimate interests of the controller override those of the data subject.

6. Right to data portability, namely (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and (ii) the right for these data to be transmitted by MIGRANT CENTER ROMANIA to another data controller, insofar as the legal conditions are met;
7. Right to object – regarding processing activities, it may be exercised by sending a request as indicated below;

• at any time, for reasons related to the particular situation of each person, except where MIGRANT CENTER ROMANIA can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subjects, or that the purpose is the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim;
• at any time, free of charge and without any justification, if your data is processed for direct marketing purposes, if you decide to withdraw your consent.

8. Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, namely the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing activities, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affects them;

Right to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (B-dul General Gheorghe Magheru no. 28-30, sector 1, Bucharest, postal code 010336, tel: 0040318059211) and the competent court for any violation of the use of your personal data, insofar as you consider it necessary, after you have first notified the controller MIGRANT CENTER ROMANIA.

Taking into account the context and purposes of processing, the costs of implementation, as well as the risk presented by the categories of data processed, MIGRANT CENTER ROMANIA has implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed.

If some of your data is incorrect, you are obliged to inform the controller as soon as possible.

We, MIGRANT CENTER ROMANIA, are obliged to respond to your requests without undue delay, within one month from the date of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.

Any information or request regarding the exercise of rights related to personal data is free of charge. If your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to their repetitive nature, we, MIGRANT CENTER ROMANIA, have the right to refuse to act on such a request or to charge a reasonable fee depending on administrative costs, with the burden of proving the manifestly unfounded or excessive nature of the request resting with us.
